In this episode, Norman and Davidson fill out a bracket for the 2019 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball National Championship Tournament. They use weird stats. They force mascots to fight. They even let Davidson's dog, Scout T. Doggie, select a region. After all that, who will end up with the national championship?
